Individual Therapy

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers

My approach to therapy is active and engaging. I see individuals coping with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, gender identity, and relationship issues. I have expertise working with folx with C-PTSD, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. I help my clients to cultivate interpersonal awareness, practice skills in self regulation, and expand their ability to hold compassion for themselves and others. Central to my practice is providing a stable, dependable, and compassionate relationship in order to begin and work with the healing process.

Group Therapy

“To love means to be actively concerned for the life and the growth of another.” - Irvin D. Yalom

Group therapy is an opportunity to heal what’s broken in relationship through experience of the here-and-now. Groups enhance interpersonal awareness and skills and allow clients to experience a deep sense of belonging and connection. My groups often utilize expressive arts, sandtray, drama therapy, and other creative interventions that allow us to work therapeutically beyond talk therapy.

Individual Counseling: $200

I offer a discount for same day debit for cash pay clients and also have sliding scale spots reserved for clients with financial need. If my sliding scale spots are full, I am happy to refer you to other clinicians who may be able to offer a reduced rate.

I am able to bill Oregon Medicare. I am working toward credentialing with commercial insurance companies. I can provide you with a superbill to submit if you have an insurance plan that will pay a percentage of the fee via reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement and encourage you to directly communicate with your insurance provider.

* I am only offering telehealth services to Oregon clients at this time. *
