Welcome!

I’m so glad you made it here! My name is Holly (she/her) and I am an LPC with the State of Oregon and an LPCC with the State of California. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Level One IFS Therapist and am an IFSI Certified Candidate.

I know that looking for a therapist can be overwhelming. This is especially true if you are feeling overwhelmed in the first place! With clear, prompt, and compassionate communication, I aim to make your search a little easier.
